These terms apply to your use of halant.in (the "Store") and any purchase from Halant, operated by Saurabh Soni, an individual sole proprietor, at E-41, Raheja Residency, Koramangala 3rd Block, Bangalore 560034, Karnataka, India ("we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and Returns & Exchange policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or use the Store with a parent or guardian's consent, and be able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
2. Products
- All products (t-shirts and framed prints) are printed on demand after you order. Product photos are mockups, so actual print placement, size and colour may vary slightly. Garment measurements may vary by ±0.5 inch.
- Designs are original works of Halant and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any person, brand, organisation, political party or movement. Designs that reference current events are observational humour and commentary, not an endorsement of any side.
- Regional-language designs are translated and checked carefully. If you spot an error, tell us and we'll fix it.
- We may change, discontinue or limit any product at any time. Trend-based designs may be retired without notice.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the final price payable. Shipping is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. Any strike-through price shown is the MRP for that product.
- All orders are prepaid. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through our payment partners, Cashfree Payments and Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
- If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.
4. Orders and discount codes
- An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders that look fraudulent or abusive; any amount paid is refunded in full.
- One discount code per order. Codes can't be combined with bundle prices unless stated, and have no cash value.
- Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Returns & Exchange policy.
5. Shipping and risk
Delivery timelines are estimates (see our Shipping Policy). Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, text, graphics and photos on the Store belong to Halant or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without written permission. If you believe something on our Store infringes your rights, email support@halant.in and we'll review it and take it down if needed.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Store, including through fraud, fake orders, scraping, interfering with its security, or posting unlawful content in reviews.
8. Reviews
By posting a review, you allow us to display it on our Store and social media. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake or off-topic.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control (force majeure).
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, without affecting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. 11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version live at the time of your order applies to that order.
